Water Access

  • Access is gained for larger vessels via the lower Myall River from Port Stephens and Tea Gardens. The lower Myall River needs to be negotiated at high water for larger vessels. A concrete boat ramp is located at Tea Gardens.
  • Access is also gained from Bulahdelah on the Pacific Highway via the Upper Myall River. Water depths on the Upper Myall are adequate for most vessels with the entrance to the Broadwater Lake being the minimum depth at approximately 1.5/1.8 metres.

Road Access

  • Road access to Bombah Point and Korsman’s Landing is via the township of Bulahdelah on the Pacific Highway
  • Nerong Village is located 10km south of Bulahdelah on the Pacific Highway
  • Mungo Brush and Eastern Broadwater shore is accessed via Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest villages
  • Violet Hill is accessed via The Lakes Way. Turn off the Pacific Highway 2km north of Bulahdelah
  • Bungwahl is accessed also via The Lakes Way
  • Neranie Sands is also accessed via The Lakes Way and then the Seal Rocks Road

  • Bulahdelah – Dirt Ramp
